Draft for review. Highlighted items must be confirmed by the business — and reviewed by a qualified adviser where appropriate — before this website is launched publicly.
1.About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by [To confirm: registered business name] trading as Prosser Brothers. They also summarise how our services are offered.
Any work we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement, provided before you commit. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the written agreement takes precedence.
2.Using this website
You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. Please don’t attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or automated enquiries.
We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but prices and services may change. Information on this website does not form a contract.
3.Concept demonstrations
The websites shown on our Our Work page — Atelier Bathrooms, Oakline Garden Rooms and Form Landscape — are concept demonstrations. They are fictional businesses created to show our design and automation framework. They are not clients, and any names, locations, contact details and project descriptions within them are illustrative.
Photography used in the demonstrations is licensed stock imagery and does not show work carried out by Prosser Brothers or any client. Demonstration quote forms and the enquiry simulator do not send, store or share any information.
4.Services and pricing
The Premium Projects System™ is offered at a proposed launch price of £1,995 for initial setup and £199 per month for the managed service. Prices may change and are confirmed in writing in your proposal.
- Applicable VAT, external software usage, messaging charges and advertising budgets may be additional.
- The managed service covers website hosting, SSL, routine website maintenance, automation monitoring, fixes for defects against the agreed scope, up to 30 minutes of small content edits per month, basic enquiry reporting and ongoing technical support.
- Premium Projects Growth™ is optional, from £495 per month. Advertising spend is paid separately.
We do not take payment through this website. [To confirm: payment terms, invoicing schedule and deposit, if any]
5.Managed service term
The managed service is proposed on an initial 12-month agreement. Renewal, notice periods, and what happens to your website, domain and data if you leave are set out in your written agreement. [To confirm: renewal and cancellation terms]
6.21-Day Launch & System Confidence Guarantee
Launch within 21 days. Once we've received your complete onboarding materials, account access and the approvals we need, we aim to launch within 21 calendar days.
Your first month on us if we're late. If a delay is solely our responsibility, your first month of managed-service fees is waived, subject to your written agreement.
Tested before handover. We test every agreed automation before handover and correct qualifying defects without additional labour charges during the first 30 days.
Conditions
- The 21-day timeline starts when complete onboarding materials, account access and necessary approvals have been received.
- The fee waiver applies only where a delay is solely our responsibility — waiting on content, third-party services or changes to the agreed scope, for example, would not be.
- Qualifying defects relate to the agreed functionality; new features and scope changes are handled separately.
- Full guarantee terms are set out in your written agreement.
7.No guarantee of results
We work hard to build websites and systems that help businesses present themselves well and manage enquiries efficiently. However, we do not guarantee a particular number of leads, enquiries, search rankings, sales or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
8.Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to Prosser Brothers or its licensors. Photography is used under the Unsplash License. Ownership and licensing of websites we create for clients is set out in each client’s written agreement. [To confirm: client IP and licensing position]
9.Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. [To confirm: limitation of liability wording — to be drafted with a legal adviser]
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [To confirm: England and Wales, or the jurisdiction in which the business is registered].
