01Sound familiar?

Where good bathroom installers lose out online.

  1. 01

Your best rooms are buried on Facebook

The wet room you're proudest of is three years down a Facebook feed. Customers comparing installers never see it.

  2. 02

    “How much for a bathroom?”

Enquiries arrive with no room size, no budget and no timeline — so every one needs a phone call before you know if it's worth a survey.

  3. 03

    Surveys that go nowhere

Measuring up for someone with a £4,000 budget and a £15,000 wish list costs you an afternoon you can't bill.

  4. 04

    Quotes that quietly disappear

You've priced it, sent it, and heard nothing. Chasing feels pushy, so most quotes are simply left to go cold.

What happens after they press send.

Every message is written in your voice and approved by you. Nothing goes out that you haven’t seen first.

  1. 01

    Room-specific acknowledgements

A wet room enquiry gets a reply about wet rooms — what happens next, and roughly when you could survey.

  2. 02

Survey booking for the right jobs

Enquiries that meet your minimum get a link to book a survey slot. Others get a polite note with your typical starting prices.

  3. 03

    Photo-first conversations

Customers can share photos of their current room, so you can spot pipework and access issues before you visit.

  4. 04

Quote follow-ups at day 3 and day 7

Friendly check-ins after you quote, stopping the moment the customer replies.

  5. 05

    Review requests on completion

Mark the job finished and the customer is invited to leave a review while they're still enjoying the room.

06Fair questions

You might be wondering…

Most of my work comes from referrals. Why do I need this?

Referred customers often look you up before they call — and compare you with whoever else they've been recommended. A site that shows your finished rooms properly helps a referral become a booked survey.

Won't asking about budget put people off?

Asked politely, with ranges rather than an exact figure and a “not sure yet” option, it helps customers too: the first conversation is more useful. You decide whether the question is required.

I don't have professional photos of my bathrooms.

Good phone photos of finished rooms, taken in daylight, go a long way. We format up to three projects at setup and tell you exactly what to capture on your next job.

Will a premium website make me look too expensive?

It should make you look like what you are: a specialist worth paying for. Clear expectations up front help you attract customers who value quality, and politely filter those who don't.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to use it?

Yes. The pipeline is a handful of clear stages, notifications come to your email and phone, and we handle hosting, maintenance and monitoring for you.
