For garden room builders

Your buildings are architecture. Your website should be too.

Premium websites and enquiry systems for garden office, studio and outbuilding companies — designed for customers who research carefully before they buy.

01Sound familiar?

Where good garden room builders lose out online.

  1. 01

    Compared with flat-pack pods

Without a site that explains insulation, foundations and finish, buyers compare your build with a cheap kit on price alone.

  2. 02

The same planning questions, every week

Do I need planning permission? Can I add a WC? The questions arrive by phone, while you're on site.

  3. 03

    Long, quiet buying cycles

Many customers take months to decide. Without a simple way to stay in touch, they drift to whoever contacted them last.

  4. 04

    Enquiries without dimensions

“How much for a garden room?” tells you nothing about size, use or budget — so every quote starts from scratch.

06Fair questions

You might be wondering…

Our customers take months to decide. Won't automation feel pushy?

It shouldn't. Long-timeframe enquiries get useful information and a reminder for you to check in later — not a stream of emails. Marketing messages only go to people who opt in.

Can the website explain planning permission?

It can explain general principles clearly and invite customers to ask about their own situation. Every site is different, so we'll only publish guidance you're comfortable standing behind.

We get plenty of interest on Instagram. Isn't that enough?

Instagram is great for inspiration. Your website is where an interested buyer checks you're credible, compares specifications and enquires properly — and it's the one channel you fully own.

Should we show prices on the website?

That's your call. We can present guide or starting prices in a way that informs without anchoring customers on the cheapest option — or leave pricing for the conversation.

What if we already have a CRM?

Tell us what you use. Where it makes sense, we'll connect your enquiry forms to it rather than introduce something new — otherwise we'll set up a simple pipeline for you.
